Developing Language Plugins for NetBeans

I’ve been looking into developing a plugin for Objective J on NetBeans recently.

The short story is that I have barely began the journey and I have already learnt quite a few things. (i.e. I made a handful a false starts)

If you’re also trying to develop a language plugin for NetBeans, please read this thread in the Netbeans Project Developers mailing list, as it might save you some time and effort.

Pushups and Situps Update 02

Pushups: Did Day 1 Week 4 (right column) twice now, should move on to Day 2 Week 4 tomorrow.

Situps: Neglected, will attempt Day 2 Week 1 (middle column) today.

Today I started on twohundredsitups by finishing Day 1 Week 1 of the middle column.

I’m still cannot complete Day 2 Week 3 (rightmost column) of hundredpushups smoothly, but I will be pushing on to Day 3 on Sunday.

Installing Flex Builder 3.02 on Eclipse Ganymede on OS X Leopard

Last Saturday I attempted to install Flex Builder on my OS X 10.5 machine.

Long story short: 3 hours later, I found out what was going wrong on Dominick Accattato’s blog (do scroll down and read the comments).

The solution can be found on justin’s blog here.

That night, I had a dream of installing Flex Builder over and over again…
